Best way to lose weight after pregnancy
what I have just tried is substituting my lunch with a protein shake and then i allow myself to have fat-free milk with a piece of fruit after exact 2 hours.That is the only change i made when it comes to eating.
For the ex part 30 min walk 3x a week.
i lost 5 lbs in two weeks and still have atleast 35 to go.so,yeahyyyyyyyy
