good nanny?

hey, a family member of mine is having surgery in july and is looking to hire a good full time nanny for her 5 yr old boy and 3yr old twins. Were looking for someone in mesa who is very reliable. Any response will be very helpful. Thanks.
The nanny will be needed for about 5 months.
