| Sleep deprived... |
| I know i should be tired. I get so exhausted towards the end of hte week. I am tired. But when its time to go to bed. i just tossand turn and i feellike im up all night. We went to a weddign reception on saturday night and i had a couple of drinks adn i was so excited on hte way home thinking i was going ot sleep so well with a little buz! nope! i jsut tossed and turened. i just want a good night sleep. which is possible since ella sleeps through the night. why am i tossing and turning? and does anyone have any suggestions? |

| My guess is you're tossing and turning because you're waiting for your daughter to make a sound or indicate she needs you. I used to be a heavy sleeper, but then once I had my son, every little noise he made got me up. There are also a lot of times I get up just to make sure he's breathing (I have such a fear of sids). There are also times I'll wake up because i don't remember putting him back to bed after feeding him during the night, but since he's not in bed next to me, I know I have. However I still have to check. |

| she has been sleeping through htre night since 3 weeks so i usually sleep fine. just the past week or 2 i have been sleeping like crap. |
