nursing moms and co-sleeping

How do I get my 7 month old out of my bed? She likes to nurse all night long. I want to transition her to her crib. I don't want to do the "cry it out" thing. It would not only bother me but my 3 year old as well. they are going to share the same room. Any advise? I need all the help I can get.
