Problem Child?
Ok so I have a 3 year old that I think is a trouble child... He spits and laughs and doesn't listen to me at all. He'll give me "the look" like he is staring right through me, and whatever I'm saying at the time, like, please do not spit on your brother ,or you can't just run outside by yourself...you have to wait. He thinks its funny to crap on things and smear it all over himself or his little brother, or my couch. I guess what I'm getting at is.... What is a 3 year old supposed to act like? Are they supposed to act like that? Or am I doing something wrong? He is VERY dominant over everything he feels he can be, like the TV and if I say no TV its my turn or its time to eat. He fights, litterally he will punch me HARD kicking and screaming. i have even caught him chokeing out his little brother. What should I do?

I don't know, it sounds like you really have your hands full there.. maybe ask his pediatrition, or check into counseling. That behavior is deffinately not not, especially when he's hurting your younger son. Go get help soon! Good luck to you
