How do you deal with Mommy Guilt???

Hi Moms,
I just received my latest edition(May 2008) of Parenting magazine, and they had an article in it about "Dealing with "Mommy Guilt". I found it very reassuring, but I wanted to know if there are any other moms out there that have the same kinds of feelings. If so, please share!

Hi Mom..I am a daycare provider that deal with Mommy guilt
sometimes with my new Moms.I have a lot of compassion for my Moms because I am a Mom myself. I think It's adjusting to it all..Give yourself time... you can't do it all.Tomorrow is another day.. Good Luck Mom I hope this helps..Regina
