Will she ever sleep on her own?

So my 1 year old refuses to stay asleep in her crib. I have yet to figure out how she is doing this yet, But we put her down in her crib and sometime in the middle of the night she climbs out of bed and climbs up into our bed. I know how she is getting into our bed. But how can I make her stay in her own bed.

I have the bed set at the lowest setting, and if I make it a toddler bed then that is just giving her free will to get out of her bed. She still wakes up 3 or 4 times in the night if we put her in the crib, But if we allow her to stay in out bed, then she sleeps threw the night.

My mom keeps telling be to put a baby gate in front of her bedroom door, But I am afraid she will climb over that too and get hurt. Please help.

WOW...she is one and climbs out of her crib? And I thought I had it bad cause mine is one and won't sleep through the night. The only thing I can think of; does she have bumper pads on her crib? I would suggest taking them off if so. Mine will try and get out by climbing onto hers. Good luck!!!

No bumper pads are on the crib. We took them off when she was like 6 months old. She used to have bears in the crib but we have taken everything but the matress out.

If she is climbing out of her crib she needs a toddler bed. She could fall while climbing over. Put a baby monitor in your room as loud as it goes and close the door for a week or so. She'll get the hang of it.
