Finally! A place where moms of only boys can share hints, joys, and concerns when it comes to raising our sons.
The Berks County MOB (Mothers of Boys) is open to ALL mothers with ALL boys of ALL ages. This group celebrates "being the only source of estrogen in (our home) and support each other as we face the challenges of raising responsible, respectful men." Linda Marie Ford.
We know that mothers of BOYS ONLY are unique!! And our goal of this group is to support each other and learn from one another and have fun doing it! We have about 10 activities scheduled per month in the mornings, afternoons and evenings. You can pick and choose which activities fits your schedule and your family! In addition, at least once a month we have a mom only activity (dinner out, game night..) during the evening hours - who can not use a MOM only night out? In the future, we may bring in speakers (doctors, teachers or coaches) to help with any issues we encounter or would like addressed. Membership is open to stay at home moms and working moms with sons of all ages; babies ~ teenagers ~ adults.
