Eager to get fit and meet other moms in the process? Join us at the base of McKelligon Canyon every Tues & Thurs at 10 am (starting April 17) for an action packed hour of cardio, core, strengthening and sculpting. Strap your baby in a carrier or in a stroller and get moving! Cost of class is $5/per mom. Class is led by a mom who is also a certified aerobics instructor, Strength & Conditioning specialist, STOTT Pilates Instructor and Physical Therapist.
