A relaxed playgroup for babies and toddlers, with their siblings welcome.
Adults are encouraged to share responsibility for leading activities. We have arts & crafts materials; baby/toddler toys; some simple instruments; music for listening, singing and dancing; puppets; books; puzzles; lots of Duplos; and can set up a rice play area or fun obstacle course. We also have a small area outside for playing in nice weather, and for exploring the herb garden.
We meet Mondays, from 10:30 - 11:30 in Brandon, when school is not in session.
Children must be accompanied by a responsible adult. (Mom, Dad, Grandparent, Daycarer, etc.)
There's no charge for the group, although adults are encouraged to help plan and lead activities if they are able to. We also encourage everyone -- children and adults -- to learn skills for problem solving.
