Stroller Fitness classes are held on El Paso's west side at the Highridge Community Center park, 7400 Highridge. Classes start at 9:00 am and prices start at $6.00 per class. First Class is FREE!
Shake Rattle ‘n Stroll fitness classes consist of cardio work out and strength training exercises; using your stroller, exercise resistance tube, your baby and the environment. In one hour you will benefit from a total body workout, improving your endurance, strength, and flexibility. All while having fun with your baby!
Each Class is taught by a certified fitness instructor. Classes start with a brief warm-up, followed by power walking and a cardio workout. Toning is incorporated throughout the workout to target your upper and lower body. Classes end with a cool down, stretching, and baby/toddler play time.
