Are you a mom looking for fun activities to do with your little one(s)? The Mommy Movement playgroup is a group of moms who meet for fun events around town, friendships, and support for a healthy lifestyle. We are moms who recognize the importance of being healthy and fit, and we do our best to model those healthy habits for our children. We welcome all moms in search of a fun playgroup for their children, as well as healthy habits for ourselves and our children! All ages welcome!
In addition to our playgroup, The Mommy Movement LLC offers stroller fitness classes, and free baby yoga with any stroller fitness membership! We meet at Laurel Park in St. Peters. The classes are lead by trained instructors who are moms themselves.
Our Stroller Fitness classes help moms burn calories, tone their muscles, all while singing fun songs, chatting with other moms and spending special bonding time with their children!
Our Baby Yoga classes help babies relax, interact with others, learn simple poses, develop coordination and a positive body image!
