This group is for Moms that want to loose weight and get healthier. The idea is to have a weekly "Weigh Ins" (I personally need to have something to help hold me accountable and keep me motivated) and share tips on loosing weight.
I would love for this to become a healthy support group, not a competition. Most of us are moms with far more to worry about than getting judged by others. We hope to have support and encouragement for our members. We will have weekly weigh ins, to help keep us on track. You have to be willing to honestly post an introduction and your weight.
Both starting and weekly. (I have already taken that first step. I'm not going to lie... It was painful, but not excruciating.)
