Baby Boot Camp is an innovative stroller-fitness program that helps moms regain or enhance pre-pregnancy fitness levels and meet the physical challenges of parenting by emphasizing strength training in a supportive environment. Today, Baby Boot Camp classes are available across the U.S., Canada, Australia, and Europe. Baby Boot Camp balances the fitness needs of new parents with their desire to spend time with their children. Our certified personal trainer instructors lead cardio drills, strength training exercises and stretching to increases overall fitness. Classes are geared for all fitness levels. Parents and children will enjoy making new friends.
