Pudding Painting
Here is a way for the younger kids that might eat paint to get to finger paint. What you'll want to do is make a batch of white pudding (what ever flavor you want) then put it in a few small bowls. Then take food coloring and color the pudding in the bowls different colors. Once you have that done get out construction paper and let them have fun painting with pudding. My son loves doing this. It wipes up easy enough too.

This also works with colored yogurt too. Not that I encourgage the kids to play with their food but for the younger ones its a fun safe activity that if they happen to put their fingers in their mouths its ok too. I suggest waiting until the warmer months and doing this on the deck. We use just one color and white paper on the little ones picnic table that can then be hosed off when we are done. It works great for us.
