"SleepEasy Solution" by Jill Spivack is the best tool to help your baby/child to learn to sleep. The first night is the hardest, but if you can just follow the program to the "T", smooth sailing night after night!!! This book and cd is are the best thing since sliced bread, promise!!! And teaches great naps too.

My best advice is to hae your child sleep in a crib using a sleep positioner as an infant of course but teaching them that that is their space and where they sleep will cut back on the issues in the future plus it will give he parents the much needed privacy too. When breast feeding yeah you'll have to actually get out of bed rather than just roll over but it's definately worth it in the long run. My daughter has slept in her crib since day one and the only issue has been the transition to a todler bed because I made the mistake of laying with her to read a story and fell asleep, but now it's back to normal. Music has always been her white noise and classical is good for development as well!!! Good Luck and Sweet Dreams!!

Adiri bottles didn't work for us... we tried.. so I asked around at my OB and a nurse was glad to suggest Learning Curve's BreastFlow bottles.. they are much less expensive and in my very own opinion more like a breast(I thought the adiri bottles were too hard)... these worked like magic to get our son from breast to the bottle. After a few weeks or so he would accept any bottle offered to him.
