Watch your diet if you are breastfeeding
If you are breastfeeding, dairy, wheat and citrus are often irritants. Try avoiding these, one at a time so you'll know which ones make a difference, and keep a diary so you'll remember what you ate or avoided that caused a change. Remember that it takes several days to possibly 2 weeks for some foods, especially dairy, to leave your system. Add time to that if you are pumping and storing.
