Try Aveeno
My daughter has had eczema sporadically. Our ped recommended Aveeno products( told to stay away from Johnson's products) and to use hydrocortisone cream on any inflamed red patches ( I used the Aveeno on this as well) It worked! Have you tried the Gentle Naturals baby eczema wash? I put this in her bath and it appeared to help clear it up as well. For patches are that in chafing/rub areas, the ped recommended Cetaphil lotion with Aquaphor on top of that. It moistirizes and then places a protective barrier on top to protect from diapers, clothing, etc/

what's wrong with the johnson's products? (Well, no big surprise. we got the johnson's diaper rash cream and it made it soooooooooo much worse. I'm ready to go to the company and beat them for what it did to my baby's bottom!)

My daughter has eczema too and the Aveeno products really helped. Highly recommend them!

Johnson's and Johnson's products have alcohol in them, which makes eczema worse. Aveeno has alcohol in it too but the rest of the chemicals are not as harsh as the Johnson's and Johnson's.
