My son had a terrible time with eczema. We did steroid creams, which helped but it would just keep coming back. The best thing that worked for me was Dove unscented and to only bath him every other day. Then I would put Olay Body Quench for extra dry skin. I had tried the Eucerine and it did not help as well. But put the lotion on right after a bath and then a couple times throught out the day. I also use Dreft with unscented Downy. I even used the Dove on his head to help with the cradle cap, just of course watch the eyes. I swear by Dove and still use it on him.
