Chocolate coconut-rocks
Eaten faster than prepared!
INGREDIENTS
For 16 large rocks:
- 3,5 oz dark chocolate 70%.
- 4 oz caster sugar
- 4 egg whites
- 6 oz of powdered coconut
INSTRUCTIONS
Preheat oven to 340 F
Chop the chocolate chips in large
Beat the egg whites until stiff, mix with sugar, coconut powder and chocolate chips.
Form balls of dough with fingers which are then placed on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Bake for 12-15 minutes.
Let cool and enjoy rapidly conservation = 12 to 24 hours maximum.

My thing with +: You can replace chocolate with raisins.
