The meringues
Very easy to make
- 9 oz of sugar
- 4 eggs
Preheat oven to 250 F
Separate the egg yolk and egg white
Beat the egg whites (farm)
Gradually add sugar to egg whites

Make small piles on a plate in the oven covered with greaseproof paper.
Cook for 30 minutes to 1 hour depending on the desired consistency.
