Homemade Pancakes
Trust me, these pancakes are excruciatingly delicious.
INGREDIENTS
For 2 person
4 eggs
1.5 cup milk
10.5 oz flour
2 teaspoons yeast
4 tablespoons sugar
Pinch of salt

Preparation: 10 minutes
Rest: 30 min
Total time: 40 minutes
INSTRUCTIONS
1 - Separate the whites from the yolks.
2 - Mix the yolks with the milk, add the flour, baking powder, sugar and salt and mix.
3 - Gently fold the egg whites until stiff
4 - Let stand 30 minutes.
5 - Make your pancakes:
Heat a lightly buttered pan.
Drop to a small ladle of batter.
From a multitude of small bubbles appear on the surface you may return the pancake.
Cook over medium heat for about 2 minutes, flip with a spatula and brown another 2 minutes.

Keep them warm in a warm oven while you cook the others.

Serve these pancakes with maple syrup and accompanied by whipped cream and fresh or frozen raspberries.
