I havn't worked out since I was pregnant with my son. I used to do yoga and fitness walking. Last summer I put him in a stroller early in the mornng before breakfast, this summer I plan on doing the same.

I walk every where because I don't have a car.

i have a membership to our local gym. I think i have gone 4 times this year. I won't cancel because we pay 59 for both of us and no contract and soon i will be able to go more. My hubby goes 3-4 times a week if the weather is bad. He would rather be on his bike (mountain bike)

I have been excersizing everyday and have seen a difference. That motivates me a lot to keep going. We live 20 miles away from a gym, so I do it at home with 5 lb weights, an ab lounge, and thigh masters which are awsome!

I worked out at my gym until I came in one day to drop my kids off and found the daycare seriously understaffed and the manager was unresponsive. Canceled that membership pronto and am going to put the money into a treadmill for the house.

does chasing around a toddler count? :)

I chase my toddler around and we go to the park and walk up and down the huge hills at least 20 times. I have recently discovered that I love to play tennis and my cousins fiance likes to as well so we try and get together and play at least once a week (if we can find sitters for our kids)

I've gotten into the habit of doing Pilate Abs every other day. It's been working great too. I'm back in my 12's for the summer:)

I have been working out pretty much every day with a two day weekend break. I also give myself one bad day a week where I am able to splurge on the really fatty foods. So it gives me motivation to work all week and then have a prize at the end.

i work out everyday and i have an 8 month old and a 2 year old, i take them outside a lot, when they go for naps i go up and down my stairs, i do squats, pushups, my weights, step ups on my dining chairs. sometimes when they are awake, i put on an educational show for them cause i limit there tv, i put out cheerios for them to snack on, 1 hour is all it takes high intensity and i do a work out. i was 183lbs when i gave birth to my second baby, i started climbing my stairs one week after i gave birth and doing my weights, and walking around my neighobur, limitiing our portion sizes helps a lot too. and i weigh 130lbs now have gained lots of muscle . hope it helps anyone. 1 hour a day.

Every day we stick our toddler in the stroller and walk to the park, which is over a mile away. She plays, then we either walk downtown or go home. It ends up being 2 - 3.5 miles a day depending on our route.
And I think chasing a toddler around all day DOES count LOL.

I seem to work out real hard for two weeks a month straight at most everyday then I get bored and quit for a couple of months, I am rather frustrated about not being able to keep it going.

I used to exercise everyday... (gymnastics, boxing, softball...) Now I do Yoga about twice a week... I want to get a small group er to do yoga at home together so the kids could play together while we get our work out on for about an hour then just hang out... about 4 times a week or every other day.
