I havn't worked out since I was pregnant with my son. I used to do yoga and fitness walking. Last summer I put him in a stroller early in the mornng before breakfast, this summer I plan on doing the same.

i have a membership to our local gym. I think i have gone 4 times this year. I won't cancel because we pay 59 for both of us and no contract and soon i will be able to go more. My hubby goes 3-4 times a week if the weather is bad. He would rather be on his bike (mountain bike)

I have been excersizing everyday and have seen a difference. That motivates me a lot to keep going. We live 20 miles away from a gym, so I do it at home with 5 lb weights, an ab lounge, and thigh masters which are awsome!

I worked out at my gym until I came in one day to drop my kids off and found the daycare seriously understaffed and the manager was unresponsive. Canceled that membership pronto and am going to put the money into a treadmill for the house.

I chase my toddler around and we go to the park and walk up and down the huge hills at least 20 times. I have recently discovered that I love to play tennis and my cousins fiance likes to as well so we try and get together and play at least once a week (if we can find sitters for our kids)

I've gotten into the habit of doing Pilate Abs every other day. It's been working great too. I'm back in my 12's for the summer:)

I have been working out pretty much every day with a two day weekend break. I also give myself one bad day a week where I am able to splurge on the really fatty foods. So it gives me motivation to work all week and then have a prize at the end.
