| We only give our son and daughter liquid tylenol when they are ill or have shots that day per the doctors reccomendation. |

| I voted only if they have a fever. . however if they are sick and say their throat/head/ear hurts, then I will give them tylenol for the pain, even if they do not have a fever. But my children rarely have that kind of pain w/out fever anyway. |
