I find it easy right now to work out during my son's morning nap. When that stops I don't know what I'll do. :)

I loved that time, but now that I have some napers and some non napers it makes it impossible unless I can get my son to work out with me, lol. Sometimes he does better then me.

My husband has to leave for work early (as in 6 am). I do my workout after he leaves and before the kids wake up.

I have to get up and work out before my boys get up. There have been many days I've slept in and thought I'd get around to it later, but never did. Only to leave me feeling tired and drained. My only solution is making it my first priority of the day.

I go to a gym that has a daycare for babies over 6 weeks old so it makes it very easy for me to work out and get a break form my baby. I loooove doing yoga talk about relaxing.
