Looking for a playgroup

I am looking for a playgroup for my 18 month old son. I work during the day and he spends his days at grandpa's house. He doesn't get interaction from other kids and I want to change that, also my son doesn't really talk, he babbles and has few words. I am hoping that a group of kids around his age will help him with his speech and also just having the interaction with other kids will help him.
