Paperbackswap.com

Indi, I know that you use paperbackswap.com.  I was just wondering what kind of condition the books arrive in.  Are they really used or are they in pretty good condition?

Thanks Allison.  A friend of mine and I are thinking about joining but we were just curious about a few things.  You have answered our questions.

I have a question about what type of books you can post.. I have a few books i got at the library... they have the library stickers on them.. would i be able to post those to swap?  or  would those be unacceptable>

I just now saw this post.  I've received a lot of books that seem brand new!  However, since it is a used book site, a fair number of book are definitely in used condition as well.  The site has requirements for what sort of conditions are acceptable and not (not would include things like water damage, pages coming out, etc.) .  Most people seem to err on the side of caution.

I joined paperbackswap and now I am obsessed.  I didn't think I would be in to it but I have received a couple of books and they are in really good condition plus other people want some of my books so that helps me clear space on my shelves.  Great website! Anyone who hasn't tried it should!
