I use nick jr (www.nickjr.com) to let my duaghter play online educational games.  She has been playing on this website for over a year and a half and she loves it.  The games are cute as well as educational.  Good luck.

p.s. you can also try disney channel wesite for free for preschool games but after the trial yo will have to pay a monthly fee.  I think it's worth it but for online games that are free nick jr. rules.

don't forget PBSkids.org.  my 3 yr. old loves it.  we don't have cable so pbskids is pretty much the only channel with cartoons.  and their website has tons of different games for kids of all ages.  fun and educational.  check it out.
