Hi Everyone,

My name is Erica.  I am from the New Orleans Area.  I am 23 and have a 5 month old daughter.  I find it very hard to meet moms my age.  I am married and have been for 3 years, have a house, and a steady job.  I have a lot of responsibilities but that is ok with me.  Other people my age are still out partying having a good time and doing as they please.  I would never change motherhood for anything in the world but I wish it was easier to meet other young mom's my age.  As hard as I try to meet other people in my area that I can get together with it never happens.  They have a lot of groups for SAHM's (Stay at Home Moms) but nothing I have found relates to working moms.  Being that I am so young a lot of older women think that I am "immature" or "don't know anything".  It just sucks sometimes!!  Anyone else have this problem?  Anyone else know of good ways to meet other moms?
