It depends on if the person has a a problem or not. You can get a dwi for having 2 classes of wine and driving. It doesn't mean the person did something wrong.

Now if they have a drinking problem and can't accept or acknowldge it or take steps to fix it then you need to run the other way. You can't help someone that won't help themselves.

If this his is only fault your doing good..
