My son is only 10 months and has always touched his wee-wee, even before his circumsion was completely healed( it was done at birth). Now every time I change his diaper he puts his hands down there and often smears his diaper rash cream everywhere. Often I just tell myself that's him being a Boy, lol:-)

I guess it is pretty normal. Well, now he has limited access becasue of the diaper so it takes advantage to explore his body when he is getting changed. Smart boy! Vero
