You know, that's the big mystery with astrology. I have neighbors with fraternal twins and they have such different personalities. I just intv'd them for my book yesterday. They were born with these very distinct temperaments and at 1-2 minutes apart, the charts are exactly alike. I don't have any explanation but perhaps my astrology friends who are masters might have one, I'll let you know! 15 minutes can make a difference in the Rising signs, there are tons of free astrology sites out there, google "free natal chart" and see what their interpretations are. They might be exactly the same or the Rising signs may be different (that's a very important aspect, the first impressions they give the world, their outward personality, its basically what constellaton or area of the sky is rising at the time of the birth).
