Is anyone still breast-feeding their toddler? Tips on weaning?

I'm still nursing my 20 month old toddler and as much as we both have enjoyed it, I'm trying to shoot for her to be weaned by at least her 2nd birthday (I think my boobs are wearing out!). She has a very strong personality and is still very attached to nursing--I'm looking for advice on how to even begin the weaning process--its something we both love, but I think she is becoming too dependent on my milk and not eating enough "real" food. Any advice welcome!

Hello Nikki, I just joined "Milk Moms" and read your post from 2/06/08. This is my exact situation and my son will be two in 2 weeks...Did you have any luck getting your daughter weaned??
