Hi, my name is Tessa. I am 22 with a three month old son- our first. My problem is that it seems that none of my friends are in the same phase of life as me. They all are already really settled down, with a few kids and jobs and full lives with no time for anything else, OR they are still trying to party it up, go out and get drunk, ect. I would love to meet some new friends that are where I am in life...with a child or two and lifes responsiblitys, but still would like to go out and catch a chick-flick from time to time or sit around and sip on some wine and have girl time.

My name is Brandi. I am from the Sevierville area. I have two kids a 6 and 3 year old. I understand how you feel. I have felt that way alot to. I finally found a group friends from my sons school. We all help out with the PTO. Their are just five of us and we have the best time volunteering at the school. But before that all I talked to was my 3 year old. It does get better the older the kids get. I did everything I could think of to get out of the house. The zoo, story hour at the library, go to the park again,etc.

LOL! Too funny, have you had much luck yet? Being a first time mom is hard and I hope it has gotten easier for you now. I have a one-year old Naddia and another one on the way due in December.
Are you married? I am, but my DH works constantly so we are always jamming our days as full as possible so I don't go crazy. I find in hard to keep up with some of my mommy pals that have older kids and even harder for those that work. I am always looking for SAHM pals for me and Naddia to hang with.
