babysitter caught by video camera....
Quiting my full time job to stay home with my two little boys has been a financial hardship for our family, but I know no one will care for my kids the way I want, or the way I do. So even though it has been hard financially, it's the best decision we've made.

This CNN report about a nanny being secreatly video recorded taking care of twin premies is disturbing, but how reassuring it is to all of us mommies who have decided to be SAHM's!!!

Copy and paste this link to watch the report:

She would not have walked away unscathed from my house!

I just watched the video, how disturbing!!! When that poor baby just rolls off her and onto the couch!! I agree...she would have had to call the law on me!!

I watched the video, it makes me sick to my stomach to see those things, and that was mild compared to the other videos they have shown on tv. On another page, I am friends with a girl from Florida, who's sone is now suffering from shaken baby syndrom at the hands of his daycare provider. The poor kid is not normally functioning, can barely see, has a feeding tube, all because someone who was supposed to care for him harmed him. I have to find the link to the video but it was touch and go for him, he was in the hospital for what seemed like forever, and it was touch and go. After seeing that I decided going back to work was not an option until my daughter gets to pre school age.

This is one link on youtube for baby Kaleb, but if you look to the right, you will see all of the other videos made, this case has still not been tried in court, the accused Rebbeca Saunders was a licensed at home Daycare provider, and has children of her own, since the incident, it is pending trial, she is not allowed around children unless they are her own. Still, watching this video, I break down in tears and grab my daughter to hug her.

Yeah, I saw that on CNN. I was like "oh my God!" How horrible. I can't believe someone would be that stupid, they're just babies. You can't just throw them around!! It makes my decision to stay at home all the more important to me. I couldn't bare my children being harmed by someone who is suppose to be caring for them...and being paid for it!!

My husband watched it with me and his exact words were " I would have to be put in jail, cause I would probably kill her"
I work 1-2 days a week but thank god my husband can work from home whenever he wants (he has been to the office like 6 times since our daughter was born in Sept.) so we don't have to leave her with anyone we don't trully know. The only person that babysits is his ex-wife she lives a block away and they were only married 3 years and I trust her because she is very protective of her daughters we are friends and she spoiled me while I was pregnant. I know it's weird but she is a social worker and sees a lot of bad also and we both fear for the kids not only ours but all of them. It breaks my heart when you hear of abuse or see it happen. I get so mad to think people can be so heartless I think they need to be severely punished.

Awful. These videos are absolutely despicable. After reading comments on the youtube video by one of the users, I signed up and have spent the past hour sending a complaint. I am so disgusted by the world that we live in I am afraid to raise my children in it. My son has never- and will never- be left with anyone but myself, my husband, and my immediate family- MY parents and siblings.

I agree that someone would have to call the police on me also. She lifted the babys like they were dolls. Its just disgusting. I am so glad that I am privlidge to stay home with my kids.

So I started watching the utube videos and went from SBS to SIDS and my husband found me bawling my eyes out and took the lap top away. It is sad that people would hurt a baby or toddler like that or mistreat them, honestly what could they have done to deserve that? It makes me so angry..... confession time, when I change my daughters diaper and have to clean her well I notice how tiny everything is and I start crying because there are animals out there that sexually abuse babies it kills me. All those people should just suffer long agonizing deaths. It is a scary world and at times I wish I didn't have kids just so my heart wouldn't be in constant pain, but I could never imagine my life without them I am just extra careful and pray that all is well and pray for all the other babies and kids also. I might not know them but my heart hurts for them just the same.
