Thinking of being a stay at home mom...

We just had are second child. My husband would like me to stay home with her until she is at least one. Any advice would be great,

I have a 4 month old and have been a stay at home mom pretty much from his birth and love it!. For extra income I have started watching 2 other kids. I think there is nothing better then watching your child every day and knowing that he is safe. If you can do it I would say go for it! You wont regret it. Amanda

I am also a stay at home mom. My daughter is 21 months old. Although at times it has been hard I wouldnt change it for the world. I have been trying to come up with ways that I could make extra money but also still be able to stay at home with her. Watching other children would be a great idea because there would be someone for your child to play with. How much does babysitting go for these days?

According to 4-c's people in Madison are charging in the range of $100- $200 a week per child for daycare full time.
