Hi Jennifer. My name is Jocelyn, I have an almost 2 1/2 year old daughter. She is mixed - dominican (Spanish) and White (Italian and Porteguese). My husband is White and I'm Dominican. I'm not too familiar with NJ because we just moved here, my husband did live in south jersey most of his life but it's all new to me, I'm from NYC.
We just moved here recently too! My husband is in the USAF, and we moved from California. I know pretty much nobody, and the only two friends I made out here were drama filled. They freaked out because my husband was nice to them, and claimed he was "hitting on them". Ugh! So yea, now I have no friends at all!
Sounds great, so you and I can get lost together all over NJ, LOL!!! Wow, that is funny about those ladies, were you always present when your hubby was chatting with them? I wonder how they got that impression? I am very friendly and I meet very friendly people once in a while but, i've never mistaken it for flirting!! Hmm!
Hopefully we can get the girls together soon, I don't drive yet though...coming from NYC where public transportation is everywhere. I moved here during the winter months so haven't been able to start driving yet. I do hold a drivers permit but from NY. I need to take the written test again in NJ. Do you drive? I'm sure all you had to do was turn-in your CA license for a NJ one. I also need to find someone to watch Victoria while I take the lessons.

Anyway, Jocelyn and I were talking about meeting up tomorrow. In reference to that, I'm still available if you are Jocelyn. I know you don't have a car, so maybe me and my son can just drive to you and we can do a stroller walk to the park. And Jennifer, if you don't mind driving, you can certainly join us.
