easy meals for the picky eater!!
Public online group

hi im new to the group.
hi, i just joined the group. my name is amanda. i have great and easy recipe for chicken. It only takes about 5-20 min, depending on what you want to prepare and 30min or so to cook. my mom taught me so lets give her the credit. here how to do it.
take boneless, skinless chicken brest, how ever many you need to feed your family. ( i found wal-mart has the best deal, they are frozen boneless, skinless in a green great value bag for around 6-8 dollars.) make sure thawed, and fat removed, place on aluminmn foil, you can serveral little "packets" of one big one (up to four breast per packet" you can add whatever spices you want, such as meat tederizer, honey, seasoning salts, ect. then add butter on top, and about 2-3 tbsp of water, per breast. (that makes a really good broth for cooking other things to.) you can also cut up veggies and place on the chicken or just have the chicken alone. seal across the top the fold the sides up. place on cookie sheet or pizza pan, which ever they will fit on. place in center of oven, on 350 for 30 min ot till chicken is done(no pink) and veggies are tender. try it and see what you think. anyquestions just ask. it may take a while for me to get back to you but i will.
