Welcome ladies. I am excited that ou group has been growing so much this year. I know it can some times be a struggle to lose weight, but I hope with this group the two of you will be able to reach whatever goals you have in mind. Good luck and welcome again.

Thanks for the welcome. It definately has been a hard journey so far, but I know the weight will eventually start coming off if I keep working. :)

Thanks for the warm welcome it's great to have people to chat with about the struggles of losing weight. I believe the more support a person has the better he or she will feel about themselves and give that extra push to their goals. I'm really excited to get to my goal. thanks again.
