Still Adjusting to Divorce/Single Parenthood

Hello. I was officially divorced in November of 2007 and am still getting used to this life style. I still have quite a bit of contact with my ex due to our little girl (just turned two). He trys to be a good dad, but ends up just being a side line spectator. Also, a constant anowance to me. Does it ever get easier dealing with the EX when you have to for the kids sake?
