What gets in your way of writing?

I was going gang-busters on my autobiography challenge, but lost my momentum when my hubby was home for a 9 days on vacation and on the computer a LOT and I lost my momentum. I'm still working on it, though, because some of it I want to put into the family album I'm working on. What gets in the way of you writing like you want?
