Are you a new mom looking for a fun class for you and your little one! The Mommy Movement offers stroller fitness classes, and free baby yoga with any stroller fitness membership! We meet at Creve Coeur Park and Laurel Park. The classes are lead by trained instructors who are moms themselves. Our Classes Accommodate both working and stay at home moms!!!!
