I love eating meatloaf with mashed poatoes and corn! How funny, I serve that as sides everytime!
I just use the meatloaf seasoning packet, but this week I tried something new I saw on tv
Cooking For Real with Sunny Anderson... her tricolored peppers
I stuffed the meatloaf recipe into bellpeppers, seared them on the stove then put them in the oven with crushed tomatoes with basil & oregeno!
My 2 yr old even ate it! & my hubby appreciated the "grown up" twist to meatloaf!
