Solid foods before 1 year old aren't even nutritionally necessary, just a social thing. If he isn't interested, I would back off and wait until he shows an interest. ... Same idea when you're exclusively breastfeeding applies after you've introduced solids -- as long as you're drinking plenty of water and feeding your baby till she's satisfied you have enough milk. ...
